This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes the practices of Green Advance Capital(the “Company,” “we,” or “us”) regarding information collected from and about visitors to and users of the website located at greenadvancecapital.com(the “Site”) and the commercial financing brokerage services offered through the Site (collectively with the Site, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this Policy.
Information Collected
In the course of providing the Services, the Company may collect information falling within the following categories:
- Identifiers and contact information associated with a User or a User’s business, including legal entity name, trade name, taxpayer identification number, principal contact name, title, email address, telephone number, and business address.
- Commercial information concerning the User’s business, including industry, jurisdiction of organization, operating history, and financial information provided by the User in connection with an application.
- Records and documents submitted by the User in support of an application or in connection with the Services.
- Internet or other electronic network activity information, including device and browser identifiers, IP address, referring source, pages accessed, and timestamps.
- Communications between the User and the Company, including transcripts of chat, messaging, or telephonic interactions.
- Inferences drawn from any of the foregoing categories.
Credit information concerning the User or the User’s business may be obtained by a prospective funding source, not by the Company, in connection with the evaluation of an application.
Use of Information
Information described in this Policy may be used by the Company for purposes that include, without limitation: (a) evaluating, processing, and facilitating applications for commercial financing; (b) communicating with Users in connection with the Services; (c) operating, maintaining, and improving the Services; (d) detecting, preventing, and responding to fraud, security incidents, and unlawful activity; (e) complying with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, audit, and reporting obligations; and (f) such other purposes as are described to the User at or prior to the time of collection or as are otherwise permitted by applicable law.
Disclosure of Information
Information may be disclosed to third parties in connection with the Services, including, without limitation, to:
- Prospective funding sources for the purpose of evaluating an application submitted by the User.
- Service providers performing services on the Company’s behalf, including hosting, infrastructure, electronic communications, storage, fraud prevention, and professional services.
- Affiliates, successors, and assigns of the Company, including in connection with any corporate transaction.
- Governmental authorities, regulators, and other third parties as required or permitted by applicable law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend the Company’s legal rights.
Cookies, Analytics, and Similar Technologies
The Site uses cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies to operate the Site, maintain User sessions, support security, and measure use of the Site.
The Site uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC (“Google”). Google Analytics collects information regarding User interactions with the Site through cookies and similar technologies and may transmit such information to, and store it on, servers operated by Google. The information collected may include device and browser identifiers, IP address, pages viewed, session activity, referring sources, and approximate geographic location. Retention

Retention periods are determined by reference to the nature of the information, the purposes for which it is processed, and applicable legal requirements.

California Residents
Where applicable under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the “CCPA”), California residents have rights with respect to their personal information, subject to the exceptions and conditions set forth in the CCPA, including the right to know, the right to delete, the right to correct, the right to opt out of certain sharing or sales of personal information, and the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information. Requests may be submitted to the address provided under “Contact” below. The Company will verify requests in the manner described in the CCPA and respond within the time period required by the CCPA.
The Company does not knowingly sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA.
Minors
The Services are directed to commercial entities and their authorized representatives. The Company does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of eighteen. If the Company becomes aware that it has collected personal information from an individual under the age of eighteen without verified parental consent where required, the Company will take steps to delete that information.
Modifications
The Company may amend this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this Policy reflects the date of the most recent revision. The Company’s use of information collected prior to any amendment will continue to be governed by the version of the Policy in effect at the time of collection, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
